Pregnancy symptoms

Asked for Female, 23 Years

My age is 23. l had sex 10 days before. That day I had my first day of menstrual infact before one hour of having sex my menstrual started. Now since 3 days I am suffering from continuous fever, body pain and harrassment. I took paracetamols but after its effect again m having fever. I am feeling thirsty. What ever I eat I feel to vomit. Is there any chance of pregnancy if yes then when should I do the pregnancy test or is there any other way to stop this.
