  3. Pregnancy symptoms. Am really pregnant?

Last month period feb 19th 2021 i took pregnancy test and got confirmed through blood test. In scan on 50th day only gestational sac was visible of 2mm. Doctor asked to come for another scan in another 10 days. I saw a light brown spotting yesterday  morning only. Nothing later. Very mild cramps I have Need to know if I am really pregnant? I am literally worried and depressed.please confirm
