Pregnancy Symptoms

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I am almost 6 weeks pregnant, with no symptoms except for breast tenderness.Is it normal to not have any other symptoms? My LMP was on 30th Nov and ovulated around 16th Dec. On 31st Dec I had a mild spotting, which I guess its an implantation bleeding.On 1st Jan did a upt which was positive and on 2nd Jan bhcg level was 1436.86 miu/ml. Is this value normal? Is there any chance of ectopic pregnancy?
