Hello doctor... normally my period cycle is 27-28 day my last period was 29th of October..and today is 1st December and I missed my period ..but in morning I found some black blood drop ..but period is not coming ..I m totally confused what to do. Please suggest..

Get done pregnancy test either by urine or blood.Bhcg is blood test and confirmatory also.
