  4. Pregnancy symptoms. Is my baby growing?

Pregnancy symptoms
50 days pregnant with no vomitting and no frequent nausea but I have abdominal fullness and chapped lips.. Is this normal is my baby growing? Will I be able to see the heartbeat at 8 weeks.. I'm yet to see baby heartbeat only contraction seen n USG..
