If I take folvite active and metital tablet will I be pregnant. I don't know the ovulation date.. And my periods is irregular

After taking this means folvite active and metital pregnancy will not come.If you are planning for pregnancy then gynaecologist is prescribing with other tablet.Ecen after pregnancy you should continue folic acid for 3months.
