I am feeling very uneasy and tired and feeling pain in my lower abdomen. And my mouth is feeling watering .My menstruation period date is come after two days. Is this all symptoms are related with pregnancy ?

Yes it could be early symptoms of pregnancy. If your periods are about to come and you already are feeling so you cn do a beta hcg blood test to rule out pregnancy. Consult directly for further management regarding the same
