Pregnancy scare... need help.

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I had unprotected sex yesterday. He said he may have gotten a small amount of sperm in me (like a drop or two). We went an got Plan B One Step. Looking at my period tracker, I was in my fertile days (the day after ovulation). After taking the pill I experienced anxiety. I am really nervous that I am pregnant.
