Can I have regular periods and still be pregnant? How common is cryptic pregnancy ? I have had regular periods, i took three pregnancy test, the first was weakly positive and the other two were negative. I had my period on 1 and 2 November

The chances are unlikely There is nothing called cryptic pregnancy It's ectopic pregnancy You can go for a confirmatory test bhcg If negative you can get rid of this  fear of an unwanted  pregnancy which is dwelling in your mind

Get a beta HCG done for confirmation. Sometimes in some cases bleeding can occur even if pregnant is ther. Fir confirmation you have to go for beta HCG and USG
