Hello,
I am married 4 years ago, recently undergone IUI for the first time and got conceived. I am attaching the images of the scan. Is it normal.? Doc said that internal bleeding is present and it might absorb on 15days. Could you please help me on this. Is it any danger. Looking for guidance on how to treat this.

Internal bleeding get absorbed by its own. Although you have not mentioned what all medicines you are taking, most likely your doctor already have started you on hormones.
