Acc to my last menstrual cycle date (27 sep 2020)  I'm 5 weeks 7 days pregnant today but I had Transvaginal ultrasound today, it showed gestational age 5 weeks 1 day and it showed gestational sac & yolk sac but no foetal pole.I'm scared.Kindly reply?

Nothing to worry... Just repeat the scan after a week... Keep taking folic acid tabs...
