We are actually planning for a kid and My wife has missed her period by 2 days now and suffering from fever and cough. Is she conceived and can she take medicines for the fever and cough.

Yes she should take medicines for fever and cough otherwise also abortion can take place. And start folic acid and Tab Duphastone 10mg once a day f till report of pregnancy comes positive
