Asked for Female, 25 Years

Yestersay was my first dayofmy period cycle. I want to know when is the best time to have sex to have a baby as i am ready to conceive.I read in internet that from 12th to the 16th day after the first day of my period, is the best time to have sex. Is that right? Eg: if yesterday was my first day of my perios cycle, 29th of this month will be the best time to have sex.
