Asked for Female, 31 Years

My last period was on 03.oct .17. last two months my period was exactly 24 days gap.(before that 30 to 38 days gap ).We are together from oct 14 to 18. Now nov 01 to 03 light bleeding only happend with mild cramping and it was dark brown in colour.so i checked a home pregnancy test card on nov 04th but it looks negative. So what is the reason for that bleeding.? Is any need for blood test to confirm.Last 3 months I am taking coeadhea plus tablets.is it tablets effect? I need a solution for this
