Asked for Female, 28 Years

I had my last period on 10 Aug and my periods are bit irregular ie 5 to 7 days delay some days. I had all symptoms of pregnancy like tenderness in breast and breast became bit large n heavier too. Nausea , headache, nipple had become sensitive. But I m experiencing little spotting get and light back pain on Sept 10. Along with spotting I could see little red clots of blood m worried . Can I go for home pregnancy kit or need to see doctor. Please suggest
