Asked for Female, 30 Years

My periods are due on 25th of october. I took 2 pregnancy tests today. There was one line in the C area and a very faint line in the T area. Also i can feel slight pain in my abdomen (not for the entire day). Does this mean i could be pregnant? I have history of ectopic pregnancy hence, i took the test proactively this soon.
