I had my last period on 22nd Jan, 2022. I came to know recently that I got pregnant and went for ultrasound last week. As per report I was 7weeks 4days pregnant. While when I used online calculator or read about calculation of pregnancy then it shows I am 10weeks pregnant. I am confused that how many I am pregnant? Also, is baby developing fine as his/her development shows I am 7weeks 4days pregnant?
7weeks 4days report shows following details:
Cervix :4cm length
Gestational sac: seen and margins appeared regular
Yolk sac normal 5mm
Cardiac activity : seen 153bpm
FYI: My period history: (last 6months) Aug 2021: 24th; Sept 2021:26th; Oct 2021:24th; Nov 2021:22nd; Dec 2021:21st; Jan 2022: 22nd Jan

Sometimes there is delayed conception..so u may have conceived after your last period..it is absolutely okay .Also as your pregnancy progresses get your check ups timely and growth of the baby will be monitored.
