Asked for Female, 33 Years

Hi, Acc to my LMP which is 13.2.18 (EDD 20.11.18) I am 32 weeks pregnant today however as per the ultrasound done today i have a pregnancy of 30 weeks 1 day (EDD 3.12.2018). Fetal weight is 1564 gms. As per the doctor its mild IUGR . What I am concerned about is i have gestational diabetes, I have lost my mucus plug 15 days back, so I may have a chance of pre term delivery. So would my baby is considered 30 weeks or 32 weeks as the chances of survival are more with every passing week. Plz advis
