Asked for Female, 32 Years

We are planning for a baby..!! We had 4 injections MENOTROPIN INJECTION 150mg and after the egg got raptured we have 10 capsules of progesterone 300 ..!! The problem is before due date of periods my wife have low brown spotting of blood for 2-3 days and it stop after that..!! Is it implantation bleeding , period or anything else..!! We are confused..!! Pls help us..!! Regards Sahil
