Pregnancy related queries
I just lifted a half basket full of water with some wet clothes in it by mistake during my second month of pregnancy. I am not feeling any sort of problem or discomfort. I just lifted it once for some five seconds. Can it still create some problem. It is been 2 months since I exercised using weights in gym. Please answer

If there is no pain/no bleeding, u can be relaxed. But heavy lifting is to be avoided during pregnancy.

Don't panic,, nothing to worry,, just relax & take a good rest,, if there is no abdominal pain then it's completely normal & safe. But you only need a complete bed rest.
