Asked for Female, 24 Years

My Lmp was on 8 Oct but next month my period did not came and I did a pregnancy test with a pregnancy strip it showed a light positive line and on 18 Nov I had a ultrasound which showed no pregnancy n in between I was taking progestone injection on 28 Nov I had light bleeding andi went to doctor and my tvs test was done which again showed no pregnancy on 29 Nov my beta hcg test was done and it showed 1.5miu/ml so I want to know whether I was pregnant or not plz tell me I am worried
