Asked for Female, 20 Years

My wife is 34 weeks pregnant.. she is very healthy.. no Bp or sugar nothing.. she took medicine regularly.. all scans reports till 34 weeks normal... weight also correct.. but one day sudden vaginal bleeding.. we admit to hospital they said baby died 24 hours before only inside stomach.. so why this..what reason

Its called IUD i.e. Intra uterine death. Its very common. Usually happens between 30 to 36 weeks. There cud be many reasons for it. Usually due to hormonal imbalance which were supporting the baby.
