My wife is 9 weeks pregnant. I'm confused whether she can take Becosule Z as Folic Acid supplement or not? In Practo 1 doctor advised that she can take Becosule Z from right now & another doctor advised to take Becosule Z after 12 weeks.. I don't know what is right. I can't take her outside to see a doctor because of COVID 19.. Please please help.

Sir folic acid is important for brain development of baby so it is mandatory to take it
And about becosol it's a multivitamin , u can take it without any problem
