it is ok but she has to take iron rich food and iron supplements to increase it because during delivery the iron hemoglobin content will go down

10gms Hb is ok at this stage. Usually they don’t tolerate iron tabs in first3-4 months . So hold on now ,she can have more green vegetables. Dates & proper diet , whatever she is tolerating. After completing 4 months she can start oral iron supplement.
