My wife is 40 weeks pregnant. Still no signs of labour. She had done 2 USG. 1 at 34 weeks & other one just 1 day ago. There is a difference in Fetal parameters & Fatal Age in 2 USG reports. I'm attaching herewith both the reports. Please check & confirm if everything is ok or not. I'm very much worried. Please help.

Mild intrauterine growth lag is there as head circumference is larger than abdominal circumference.

Ultrasound is good.
But if 40 weeks , delivery should happen
Induction of labour is advisable

Both the reports are normal.
Next Steps
You can wait for the onset of the labour. Kindly get her regular non-stress test and check up done in the nearby hospital
