Asked for Female, 28 Years

My Gynac advised me LFT, KFT and Sr. FERRITIN test at 29 week. I want to know why these tests are prescribed. Further my scan at 26th week detected two placentas. Is there any problem with that? Also my NT Scan at 19 week detected single focii on left ventricle of fetus heart but QMT test certifies no risk. Is there any issue with this on my baby. Please help?
