Pregnancy related. As early as possible?

My friend has a concern. She and her male friend had a moment together. Now she thinks she is pregnant. She is very worried, n seek your help to confirm that she isn't pregnant. What happened was, there was no real sex, no injection of male organ to vagina. But she touched the male organ and may be the cum got to her fingers. She was wearing 2 piece of clothing...but she might have accidentally touched her vagina with her hands. Also the male organ toughed her hips . She is very anxious and may be making up the things in her mind. It is just 8 days since the day but she feel bloated , very tired all the time and she experienced some mucus discharge with a little blood today. Apart from this there is no very evident symptom. Also I should mention that the night they had an encounter was just 2 days after her periods ended. Considering this, can you please highlight if there is a chance of getting pregnant. And how does she test it without going to a doctor and as early as possible?
