My doctor says iam 6week 6 days pregnant and I have undergone for abdominal ultrasound and it said single small intrauterine gestational sac, no yolk sac and fetal pole seen. It is normal?? I emptied my bladder before the test , will this interfere with the test results and I have anteverted uterus.

It is better to do USG abdomen with full bladder in early pregnancy.. later that won't be required.
