Asked for Female, 31 Years

I want to concieve so on doc advice I have done some tests. In report AMH is 12.88,prolactin is 27.34 and TSH is 1.4 . My CBC report is normal. What is the chances of me to get concieve and what should I do to increase the chances of getting pregnant??????
