Asked for Female, 27 Years

I had miscarriage of 9 weeks 5 days pregnancy. USG 2 days before miscarriage, showed foetus without cardiac activity having growth of 5 weeks 4 days foetus. D and C was performed on 3rd day of miscarriage. Blood diagnosis show infection of Rubella IgG 64.2 and CMV IgG 41.2. Please suggest that weather i have to be worried for these two viral infections. What is the treatment for these two? Doctor has advice me to take tab Ecosprin 75 daily one for three months. Is it essential to take medicine for 3 months? I also want to know preacutions and your suggestions for next pregnancy. Please suggest.

IgG is high for Rubella and CMV means you were having past infection that'why level is high.Instead of ecosprin take full course of antibiotics at least for 10 days.No pregnancy for 3 months.
