Apply and maintain ghee over abdomen whole day .. Apply ghee and give a normal cold water cloth wrap on abdomen.. continues during night... Have milk preparation like kheer, payasa, ghee added rice like foods for 2 or 3 days.. No fibre rich, spices, sour, sprouts, bhel puri like dry stuffs in food.. Follow very mild activity inside home.. no traveling..
