  4. Pregnancy related issue. Be the cause?

My periods were expected to arrive by 14th of Aug. But it has been more than 10 days. I took a birth control pill on 15th. Yesterday, (,9 days after I delayed my periods) I took two pregnancy tests, which are negative. But my periods are yet to come. What can be the cause?

Hormones imbalance  maybe one cause.Get done ultrasonography to know the exact pathology of ovaries.Also get done TSH and serum prolactin level.With all reports meet to gynaecologist and take medicine for withdrawal bleeding.
