My periods are regular, this is the first time missing.

If the pregnancy test is negative you are not pregnant
a delay of upto 7 days is considered normal wait for two more days
get an ultrasound done to find out the reason for this stomach pain and back pain

Repeat the test with morning urine sample. If still negative then wait for 2 more days. If still don't have periods then make a video consultation.
