I'm 54kgs. 154cms. I have pcos since age 15. Now I'm married . We are trying to get pregnant. I took 5 cycles of letrozole and follicular study showed 4 times follicle ruptured from right ovary and 5th time follicle ruptured from left ovary. 5th time I got pregnant but had abortion after one month of pregnancy.
Everytime me and husband only contacted when doctor said that your follicle is now 19mm , only for alternate 3 days. But during last cycle we tried from day 9 to day 16. Daily. Does these things show that I have blocked right fallopian tube or we must have contact every day from follicle size 12mm in follicular study (day9) to day18 or something ??why I didn't get pregnant on my 4 cycles ?

Alternate day contact for ३ days is sufficient. It's not a thing that you kept contact for more days that's why you conceived. It's little possibility that right tube is blocked. It may be coincidence that you conceived when Follicle formed on left side. Can do Hysteroscopy and laproscopy to see right tube is blocked? Or HSG
