I m 5 month pregnant today I gone through anamoly scan there is absence of cardiac and fetal activity but I m not feeling any problem. Does it mean miscarriage?or it might b some another reason

It's very unfortunate to have second trimester abortion. But u need to deliver it. Carrying such baby may create severe medical issues in your body like septicemia , blood clotting problems etc.

It's really unfortunate to have 2nd trimester miscarriage.what was the fetal age in the scan, accordingly the procedure for evacuation of fetus will be done by the gynaecologist. Are you having any medical complications? Were the previous scans normal? Investigations have to be done to know the reason of mishop.

Really unfortunate to hear this.but baby needs to be delivered as e ap. Needs further work up before planning next child.sugar,thyroid BP needs to be in normal range. apla ,ana thyroid ab profile ,lft,,torch prolfile should b done. Was there any cord around neck or leg? Doppler USg must at 16 weeks onward in next preg

It is very unfortunate. But you need to undergo the necessary procedure. It would be like a mini delivery.
But post that you need good evaluation as to why this adverse event occurred. There are a series of tests. Pl keep all your papers carefully as they will guide the doctor about what exactly went wrong.

Unfortunately it is a second trimester missed abortion... sometimes you may not have any symptoms like pain, bleeding but it needs to deliver out..
