Asked for Female, 28 Years

I am 25 weeks pregnant. Day before yesterday I checked my urine routine and found that puss cells is 20- 25, epithelial cells is 'plenty', RBC is 2- 4 and bacteria is + +. As requested by my parents I gave my urine sample for culture also. Today, I got my culture result which says that my puss cells is 0-1, epithelial cells is 'occassional' and bacteria is "NIL". Which result is the right one? Please help me with it.
