I am 15 Weeks pregnant..and my doctor prescribed me RICHAR CR 100 for iron and New VEHYCAL tablets for calcium ... I don' t these tablets are safe during pregnancy or not...plz suggest me..in detail.. Vehycal ablets contains elemental calcium 73mg and vitamin D
