Hi - My wife had her last period on 31st Jan and we did pregnancy test at home and result showa positive. It is 7th week. Please advise best time to visit doc and get pregnancy tested and seeking medication? She is now frequently getting vomiting sensation and not eating food properly. Please advice.

Always sooner is the better time for pregnancy. This is not like olden days to skip 2 months or 3 months of period and then go see a doctor. Prenatal vitamins are very important and has to be taken even before conceiving. The most important thing is the ultrasound scan which has to be done as early as possible to rule out ectopic pregnancy and to support the viable pregnancy if it is having any e defects in early stage
