Hi, my LMP was 23dec... about 10 Days ago ultrasound shows 5.5weeks gestational sac and yolk sac was visible now yesterday did ultrasound again and they said no fetal pole visible only g sac yolk sac visible.and 6.2week showed...in this ultrasound g sac size is 18mm...no heart beat.....they said pregnancy is not viable...it's an anembronic pregnancy.but I don't have bleeding or something how can I relate...I am very worried what to do now... please suggest...

This is what is called a blighted ovum, it is not a viable pregnancy. You may not have any symptoms or bleeding but this can still be the case and is diagnosed only by usg.
