Asked for Female, 32 Years

Hi Iam 5+ weeks pregnant and today i faced issue of little spotting it was not thick blood but was very light and dark brown in colour. I also had a missed abortion in Feb. 2018 and right now I am taking susten vt 200, heparin injection , folic acid, ecosprin, duphaston and pregnidoxin. So is it normal to have spotting or is there anything worried. Plz help
