Hi,
I did my pregnancy test and found it to be positive. I visited the doc and she advised me for Ultrasound n Urine n blood test.
My LMP was in May. I did the ultrasound n the radiologist said that gestational sac has been formed but no baby has formed. Is this normal or a matter of concern?
She detected 5 weeks pregnancy.
Doctor has asked me to do the ultrasound in mid of August and she said the baby's heart beat has to be developed.
Pls let me know is this normal or a matter of worrisome!?

No there can be two possibilities First of delayed conception and second is of missed abortion.. if your periods have been irregular then delayed conception can be there... in which case the cardiac activity will appear later on... but if it is a missed abortion then you will have to go for termination of pregnancy
