Thyroid function is determined by checking T3, T4 and TSH levels. The reference range for normal depends on the lab where it is tested. Along with your report will be a normal reference range which your doctor can check for you. If it is in the normal range you need not do anything more. Once you deliver the baby the paediatrician will check the baby to make sure the baby's levels are normal.
