Hi, Female 27, I had my last period on 1st January 2021 after that I didn't get periods yet.. we are trying to have a baby but I took pregnancy test on 8th March and the test is negative.. please suggest some medicine to get periods regularly and have baby soon

If you have not had your menses yet get evaluated and tested in lab for pregnancy confirmation as sometimes home pregnancy kit can give false negative.
