Hi doc my lmp was 10 July 2018 and I have apla syndrome. I am taking heparin injections. Earlier I was taking 5000 iu in a day but now my doctor increased it to 5000 iu twice in a day. On 15 Jan 2019 my doc did my u/s in whichy amniotic fluid was 6-7 again he did my u/s on 22 Jan 2019 and again my amniotic fluid remain the same i.e 6-7 and my doctor ask me to get admitted. As I was worried for second opinion I visit to the another doctor and she did my u/s again on 23 Jan 2019 and in that my amniotic fluid was 16 cm so is it possible that my amniotic fluid increased in a day and my baby movement is pretty good and the another doc told me that if I have less amniotic fluid the baby cannot move frequently.plz help

The amniotic fluid index cannot increase  in one day from 6cm to 16cm. Yes if the fluid levels decrease further then  the baby s movements may be effected  and if  you go into labour the contractions can cause the compression onto the structures within which could be dangerous hence  prompt management should be done.
Next Steps
repeat the scan in a fetomedicine scanning centre for  better clarity.
