Had my 1st scan when I was 10 weeks 3 days pregnant and heart beat is completely developed. Due for NT scan in next few days. I am worried if the baby is developing properly .. do I need to worry if heart beat is proper in the first scan. Please advice

It’s common for women to feel worried in early pregnancy as there are no fetal movements and only way to check the fetal well being is by scan. However, once the heartbeat is seen, the risk for miscarriage is much less. Stay calm and go ahead with the next scan as advised.
