Pregnancy related doubts
This is 5th week of my pregnancy,i have to travel 28km up and down to my work place by bus also i claim steps due to my apartment is on 2 nd floor,is that fine traveling and claiming steps during 1st trimester?or else should I take rest? should I take gap from work on 1st trimester?

You can work, travel and climb stairs. The only thing you have to be careful of is that there shouldn't be any jerks, no pain no bleeding/ spotting. All this only if there is no history of previous abortions. If you haven't had abortions earlier, and comfortable travelling and climbing stairs then enjoy this phase :) everything to be done should be done carefully.
