Talk to your husband about your concerns, too. You need his support, and he can only give it if you're open with him. Create a support group . It is important that you reach out to close friends and family at a time when you need their support the most. Talk to friends and arrange to meet up often. You may find it comforting to talk to other expectant mums who share your feelings Use meditation and relaxation techniques . Traditionally pregnant women are advised to read religious texts to help put their pregnancy and life in perspective. It may be calming to listen to spiritual music on a daily basis. You may also want to spend 30 minutes daily to calm your mind with meditation and relaxation techniques. Getting enough rest and sleep will help you feel better and refreshed. Eat healthily .
