Dear doctor, During starting of my pregnancy I was 51 kg. My height is 5 ft. Now I am in 27 week of pregnancy and my present weight is 61 kg. Am I gain too much weight ? Kindly guide me. My diet is normal. Not much sugary food I take. But due to constipation I take 2 to 3 banna daily. And once 2 tbsp mama protinex Powder in water. Can This may causes my weight gain? Kindly guide. Thanks.

Throughout  pregnancy total weight gain is 11_12 k.g.,if your body mass index is normal .ie 18.5 to 25 .you should not gain wt .   more than 3kg per month .if so you. might get gestational hypertension .big baby more than 4kg might not delivere normally.

avoid junk ,& fatty foods . have frequent small  amount of food rich in fe , calcium ,&fibre . fruits and vegetables .2 hrs gap between the last meal & sleep

Average weight gain for whole pregnancy is approximately 11to 12 kg, you are 27 weeks and gained 10 kg,it's slightly higher

Hi. During preg the recommonded wt gain is 10 to 12 kgs . You can still gain 1.5 to 2 kgs . If baby is growing well you can stop protein powder . Also chek your bl. Sugar .if baby becomes big normal delivery may not be possible .
