Hi doctor
My LMP was 23rd April I am 5 days late for my periods I am having pregnancy symptoms like nausea,sore and heavy breast,body temperature is 99° ,lower abdomen pain like cramps which occurs during periods. I tested today morning but the test shows negative. What could be the reason. My periods are always regular with 30days cycle. I don't have any issue with my health neither I am on any medication. I had unprotected coitus during my ovulation period. Kindly suggest what to do next?

A delay of upto 7 days is considered normal
Wait till 30 if still no periods repeat pregnancy test
If negative other reasons fr the delay needs to be investigated n treated
