When should I have sex to become pregnant..today s my second day of my cycle..and my husband sperm count is 18million..and total sperm concentration =36million.motality =40% and I want to get pregnant dis month!!..so please do guide me .

First give clomiphene citrate 25mg twice a day to your husband, good protein diet, and start tab spemen three times a day and you also start tab clfert 100mg once a day from today along with folic acid.
